For destinations outside the EU, including the United States, a flat shipping fee of 30 Euro is applied at checkout for DHL Express Delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

For full EU compliance under §11 FAGG and Klarna’s requirements, customers who complete a purchase using Klarna have the statutory right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
